Delete your account
Demi Gods Universe · Last updated 8 September 2026
You can ask us to delete your Demi Gods Universe account and everything attached to it at any time. You do not need the app installed to do this.
How to request it
Email us from the address your account uses. That is how we confirm the request is really yours — we cannot delete an account on the word of someone who is not signed in as it.
Or write to team@tibetzomsa.com with the
subject Delete my Demi Gods Universe account and include your handle.
This cannot be undone. Deletion is permanent. Your handle and super name are released and someone else may claim them.
What gets deleted
Everything below is removed permanently:
- Your account and sign-in details, including your email address
- Your profile — handle, super name, picture, origin story, country and gender
- Your characters, their powers and the weaknesses you wrote
- Your posts, and the photos and videos in them
- Your comments and the stars you gave
- Your follows, alliances, and every request you sent or received
- Your private messages, including ones you sent to other people
- Your Power, achievements and standing
What we keep, and why
Nothing that identifies you. We may keep records with no personal data in them, such as counts used for security and abuse prevention, and anything we are legally required to retain. If any such obligation applies to your request, we will tell you what and for how long.
How long it takes
We action requests within 30 days and email you to confirm when it is done. In practice it is usually much faster. Your account is disabled as soon as we receive the request, so nobody can use it in the meantime.
Deleting things without closing your account
You do not have to delete everything. In the app you can remove any individual post, which deletes its photo or video too, delete your own replies, and edit or clear your profile picture, super name and origin story at any time.
