Child Safety Standards

Demi Gods Universe has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to, how we act on reports, and how anyone can reach us.

Who the app is for

Demi Gods Universe is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts we find to belong to minors are removed.

What is prohibited

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, drawn, generated or photographic.
Sexualisation of minors, including characters depicted or described as minors.
Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
Trafficking of minors, or advertising, requesting or linking to any of the above.

These rules apply to every part of the app: profiles, character origins, powers, posts, comments, alliance halls and private messages.

Reporting inside the app

Every post, comment and profile carries a Report control. Reports reach us directly and are reviewed within 24 hours. Any user can also Block another user immediately, which severs contact in both directions.

To report child safety content from outside the app, email team@tibetzomsa.com. Mark the subject line CHILD SAFETY and it is escalated ahead of everything else.

How we respond

Content that violates this policy is removed on discovery.
The account is terminated. We do not issue warnings for CSAE.
Apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to relevant national authorities.
We preserve the associated records as required by law to support any investigation.

Prevention

Every account requires a verified email address before it can post.
Reported content is reviewed by a human, not only automated tooling.
Blocking is enforced at the database level, so a blocked user cannot read, reply to, or message the person who blocked them.
Our published community standards prohibit this content, and users accept them when they create an account.

Legal compliance

We comply with child safety laws in the markets where the app is distributed, including United States reporting obligations to NCMEC. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
